Praise, mostly of God, is a frequent theme in the psalms, the Hebrew title of which is "Praises." Yet praise is a theme that pervades the whole of Scripture. Genesis 1 is indirect praise; direct praise is found in hymns scattered throughout the books of Exodus, 2 Samuel, Isaiah, Daniel, Ephesians, and Revelation. Words that are often used as synonyms or in parallel with "praise, " and so help point to its meaning, are "bless, " "exalt, " "extol, " "glorify, " "magnify, " "thank, " and "confess." To praise God is to call attention to his glory.
Praising Him. We pray to the God of all creation.
1a: a sudden advance especially in knowledge or technique
an act or instance of moving through or beyond an obstacle
b: an instance of passing through a barrier or protection
Perhaps you have been struggling with parental alienation and your children do not, or have not spoken with you in many months to years. The barrier is communication.
Praising the Lord for bringing your children back to you, thanking Him for their lives, the time you have spent together, the experiences that you all had together when they were little and for the future experiences He has already organized.
Praying for softening of hearts, the removal of obstacles to communication, the spirit of forgiveness to descend upon them, and restoration of communication are some of the ways to get a breakthrough in this instance.
When you know that you know that you know how powerful prayer is to your life and to your communication and relationship with our Father, you will include Him in everything you do...from the rising up in the morning to laying your head on the pillow at night, breakthrough is possible in all areas of your life through prayer and praising.

Prayer is described in the Bible as seeking God’s favor (Exodus 32:11),
pouring out one’s soul to the Lord (1 Samuel 1:15), crying out to heaven (2 Chronicles 32:20), drawing near to God (Psalm 73:28, KJV), and kneeling before the Father (Ephesians 3:14).
Prayer can be audible or silent, private or public, formal or informal. All prayer must be offered in faith (James 1:6), in the name of the Lord Jesus (John 16:23), and in the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:26).
The wicked have no desire to pray (Psalm 10:4), but the children of God have a natural desire to pray (Luke 11:1).

PSALM 34:3
3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
What we direct our attention to gets seemingly larger and larger. If we magnify, focus, dwell on, or live our problems, our problems begin to consume us. The problems bring with them emotions which in some people have them living in their emotions.
Magnifying the Lord brings Him into focus for us. Magnifying the Lord bring glory to His name. Magnifying the Lord cause our problems to become smaller and smaller.
Just like anyone we all have problems in life. For anything, big or small, when things seem insurmountable, we can start to praise the Lord even more. The more we praise the Lord, the more we have the ability to focus on the Spirit of God, and the love of God, and through that, we really see what the Lord has done in and for our life. The more we praise the Lord the more those problems we had before praising the Lord, become smaller and no longer all consuming. It doesn't mean the problems have gone away, nor does it mean that we don't have to deal with them, it just means He has brought us peace in the midst of chaos. This peace, is a peace which defies all understanding. A peace which provides the moments when God can speak with us, where perhaps He gives us solutions to these issues, without all the clutter of worry, fear, despair or other emotions getting in the way interfering with Him talking to us. A peace which clears the head and brings faith confidence and belief that we can get through anything through Christ who strengthens us.

Let that sink in...
Jesus the son of God, prayed then for you today.
That revelation alone, in your mind and your heart, in your spirit, should further set you apart from those who don't believe.
That revelation will and should strengthen your faith in the power of prayer, your faith in the Word of God, your faith in Jesus and faith in our Father, the Great I am, Jehovah, YHWH, the King of kings, the Lord of lords.
Pray it forward for your children
Pray it forward for your spouse
Pray it forward for your finances
Pray it forward for your health
Pray it forward
Pray it forward

Hebrews 13:15-16
15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
16 But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
When we settle into time with the Lord, we must praise Him first before starting to pray. Send out the praise and worship prior to beginning to pray, as that opens up the communication with the Lord. The Lord loves being praised and glorified.
As Jehoshaphat sent out his choir and musicians prior to engaging in battle, he ensured that God was glorified first. That strategy creating a winning outcome.
So it can be for you with praise and in prayer.
Jesus loves you!
